In the chamber there is no oil, no friction. With the mechnical sealing, to gurrantee the process is dry and clean. Clean process, larger pumping speed and better price.
It is developed primarily to replace the traditional water ring type vacuum pump, oil ring vacuum pumps and other pumps. Is mainly used in vacuum process of high purity, high vacuum (single pump you can draw from the atmosphere to 0.1 ~ 1 pa), and are available in bad working condition. Besides this series pumps have the ability to extract condensate, the particulate gas, especially suitable for clean environment, and easy to do the anti-corrosion treatment, especially suitable for electronic, chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, metal processing, food processing and other fields.
